Food and Diet Goal represents the result of experiences in the medical, scientific and nutritional sector starting not from the diet but from the food.The research and selection of products with a high nutritional profile goes hand in hand with the continuous scouting of companies - preferably crafted with a short supply chain - and with bringing the fruit of choice correctly and balanced to the plate.The project is aimed at integrating and making three worlds of the food galaxy interact: the nutritional, business and gastronomic one, which constantly intersect, often not communicating with each other.The "human" purpose of this project is to educate, make known but also recommend for purchases, foods with high biological and non-nutritional value, which are included within the format of the Mediterranean Diet, typical of our latitudes.The Tasting Disclosures organized by us represent the basis for being able to understand a specific food both culturally and from an organoleptic point of view and compare it with others.We therefore turn to all those who wish to eat "as healthy as possible" and with taste, from the most driven carnivore to the most orthodox vegan, always respecting their own free lifestyle (diet).
